Wanting a sports car again but have rear facing infant seat.

I had a 2005 gt that I loved I had to sell because a rear facing infant seat is damn near impossible in the back. The front passenger seat becomes useless. My son is almost a month old so going to be in a rear facing seat for a bit. What other sports cars will fill my need for speed while working decently with a infant seat?

Depends on your state of residence. I have two car seats in my 5.0 lol. It's a tight squeeze but it helps that I'm short

just hold off a few months.. if i remember right, mine were only in that rear facing for 6 mos or so. as soon as you go front facing, there's plenty of room.

These are the two cars I would purchase if I wanted a quick 4door sedan with potential.

Evo IV or X
Pontiac G8

I really want to buy a G8 once I can retire my Mustang to "toy status" for a daily driver.

My friend has a EVO IV MR with little done to it that is really quick. He did have to replace the transfer case, however, to the tune of $1,200. Hasn't had any other problems though with 56k miles on the clock. Ran a 12.4 in the 1/4 last time he took it out. Only mods are tune, intake, header, and bumped the boost up to 22 psi if I remember correctly.

Again, those are what I would buy.

^ what I meant by the passenger seat becoming useless is the rear facing seat takes up so much room in the back passenger seat that the front passenger seat has to be pushed up to the dash and the back has to be straight up. So if I have the infant seat behind the front passenger seat, the front passenger seat is useless. No one can sit in it. I tried like hell to make it work it was impossible.
