Hopefully that works for you. I got a rabbit that stays under the deck that I can't get rid of. That repellent does nothing, he hops right over it lol.

Kept seeing coyotes around the neighborhood was hoping one of them would solve my problem

Bunnies by the garden get a dose of #6 shot. Living in the country has its advantages. Although, I couldn't do that when my daughter was watching Bunny hysterics!

The issue is fixed now and fixed correctly and hopefully the only gremlin I find in this house.

Stinks you had to deal with it, but joys of owning a home. Whether they knew, that's kind of tough... especially being elderly how often do you think they were up on that ledge?

I look at it like this.... We hear rattles and noises in our cars no one else hears, or know of a scratch someone else wouldnt notice. Lol. Like I said its irrelevant at this point anyways.

Some updates, starting to look like a house again! Side note... Kinda digging the white may have to paint the trim lighter in the future

Paid $200 to get a leaking spigot for the washer replaced (soldered on to the copper pipe). Is that insane or is it just me?

Yes, that's insane. Just go to Home Depot and buy the same size spigot, then take it apart and swap the guts with the leaky one. Will cost you about $7.

Primered the bathroom ceiling and walls.

Nice to get rid of the purple (moisture-resistant drywall), and much lighter in there now

Also, removed the last of the step blocks off the driveway and took all the cars over to the GF's place, so the driveway is now cleared. New driveway getting laid down tomorrow

I'm jealous, Gabe. Wish I had a second income contributing and could afford to spend some bigger dollars on my house, but I guess I'm used to stretching myself thin. The plus side is that I get to enjoy the process longer.

Also, never saw purple drywall before. I've always seen the green board as the moisture resistant stuff. In fact it is commonly called 'green board' .

It's green if you buy it at Lowe's, purple if you buy it at Home Depot.
It said "moisture/mildew-resistant" right on it though ...

Got a real estate agent coming by today to look at. We might try to sell it

Had 31 Stumps grinded down over a two day span (AVG width was 3', had five reaching 6') and have spent three days wheel barreling the chips all over the yard. Some around the nearly 60 trees we planted the last two years and the rest used as bedding/beauty bark and lastly, as compost. Over 200 wheel barrel loads so far. Today I should be able to finish before the heat hits us....

Got a string trimmer so I can get the last bits of the lawn done for the first time in what's probably been 2 months. Previous owner didn't bother to mow the grass before he left and had already moved into a new place when we bought. The new JD mower took down the 6-ish inch grass to 2.5" with no problem. Had to make a second pass on some parts to mulch all the excess, but I was very impressed. Could have benefited from a bagging system, but now that it's short it won't be long enough again to need one.

Also finally got internet/cable installed today. It took 3 weeks to get someone out here with a ladder tall enough to get the lines outside hooked up, but I'm impressed with the Internet speeds as of now.

Yanked out a tree in my driveway. I hated this damn tree since I moved in. I had to be so careful not to touch it when backing out of the driveway and it was full of pricks.
