Fixed exhaust trumpetting with some mid mounted M80's now I got drone!!! Arggggh

No I paralleled them. I tried that staggering effect before and to me it made no difference.

It's funny how I has little to no drone when it was just stock midpipe and muffler deletes only an a N/A setup.

After the supercharger I got trumpetting at WOT which was cured by the M80s but gave me drone in return.

Double the cams, add .4L.

I've got the fuel system on the way, a bunch of OEM parts needed for the conversion, Power By the Hour bracket kit, and I'm waiting for the invoice for the engine.

I haven't driven it in months. The clutch (factory original with 160,000 miles and several trips to the drag strip) is about toast. I've had a company truck for work that I drive most of the time, and I got my F250 for play and pulling the horse trailer. Plus we have 5 vehicles and only a one car garage and just barely enough room in the driveway. And I'm looking to buy a large amount of land so that I can have my horses at home and likely board other people's horses. I need to get my credit in tip top shape, so I'm paying everything off and saving as much as I can.

Got a great deal on a stock motor for my '06, so went and picked that up with a friend today.

It'll be nice to get it back up and running so I can sell it.

Was going to gap my autolite HT0 but they actually came pregapped to 0.030" contrary to what others said that its .045" from the manufacturer.

I'm very excited about it. I thought it was going to be really complicated, but with lots of help from Lito and some time, I don't think it will be as difficult as people think it is. It's looking like it's only going to cost about $2,000 more than a replacement 3V for the swap and is certainly cheaper than buying a new or used Coyote. I got a pretty good deal on the engine, 2014 F150, 30k miles, all the wiring, COPs, injectors, etc... $2500 + shipping.

I will probably get one going once I have more to report than a bunch of ordered parts.

I had the new 5c converter installed into the trans, and trans mated to the motor with 2 bolts Monday night. Yesterday, I finished up bolting the trans to the rear of the motor, and got the starter back in. The top stater bolt literally took over an hour to figure out. A little tech advice here, start stacking extensions from the front of the motor with the intake tube out of the way, and start stuffing them on the top / inside of the AC compressor hugging the motor, and keeping the extensions on top of the motor mount. What a pita!!

Anyways, the tuner with the initial tune from Mike Rousch at Mid-Atlantic should be here Thursday, and hopefully driving either then or Friday.
