Yeah that's me. And that's why my back is killing me this morning. It's actually not that bad, but I would suggest jacking the engine up as much as you can to get a line of sight to the exhaust valves. The intakes are a breeze. Remember too that you will have to modify the Freedom Racing spring compressor in order to remove the exhaust valves with the head on. (See pics from previous post).

Take the heads off... It will only take you another hour. FRPP head changing kit is $70.

Now running the 4 rib serpentine.... weight reduction mod!

Ordered 2 new belts, Thump 100mm idler pulley and a frankentensioner.

3 shoulder reconstructions. right, then left...didnt 'take' so had 5 anchors removed and replaced and added 9. lotta down/rehab time.

damn left shoulder will never be the same... cant wrench on car with the odd angles we always need to torque.

Did my first axle back install ever. Flowmaster Outlaws back on the car. Sounds great with the X pipe.

Put her all back together and fired her up for the first time in a month.

After much fussing & cussing & customizing the customized valve spring compressor I finally finished.

If anyone ever needs any advice on the procedure for changing valve springs with the heads on and engine in please feel free to just ask. I feel like I am a pro now! Lol.

EDIT: of course don't ask me to perform this task again.
