There's a set for sale right now in Indiana for $1500 plus shipping with 400 miles on the tires I think I read. It was in the ACMR fb group

I must be dumb...AMCR? What does that mean? Price is good, shipping may kill it though.

Thanks! Should have a GT500 spoiler installed Wednesday then I think I'm done.

Then again, everyone says that.

Your GT500 has the best color combo. Vista blue and matte black stripes is sex.

Thanks! That GT500 spoiler will really set the car off. "then I think I'm done"... yeah... I don't think we are ever done, lol.

Matte black of course, to match the flat black stripes and all the non-shiny black on the car :)

I still vote matte though.

I agree with you guys, I'm thinking matte. The piano finish looks amazing, but I don't think it will fit the theme well and I'm not a big fan of plastidip so that option is out. Thanks for the input gents.

Picked her up from the body shop after having the GT/CS bumper cover and CJ hood scoop painted and installed. It was raining so that's why she's wet and dirty....

Your car looks great with those meaty tires out back!

Yay VMP shipped the kit today. Should be trying hard to knock the install out over the weekend of May 2nd. Took the 3rd and 4th off work in case I need it to finish up. If I finish early I'll be able to get the datalogs done hopefully.

Still haven't decided on spending the money for dyno time or if I want to find a place to do a 3rd gear pull.

^ Congrats. Justin's initial tunes are pretty damn good and usually spot on unless there are other issues with the car. Looking forward to hearing how you like it.

Heard mostly good things about him and VMP in general. The kit was super expensive but you get what you pay for. Will be curious to see how it compares to my KB 2.6 on the installation and also on the results. Am almost a bit concerned that the M&H 275 drag radial I have on there now may be a little sketchy on the street especially in 1st gear even from a roll. It's been a great tire for 400whp but this is going to be quite a step up.

May make a thread for the install depending on how many photos I get along the way. Did a how-to thread for my KB on the old car over on MF and I think it was beneficial for some.

Installed a set of Powerstop drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads on all 4 corners. Haven't really tested them yet, but they sure look better than the stockers.

Looks great. I put a set of this on my truck and been very happy with them. My boat no longer pushes my truck around when stopping.

Been thinking I would do the same on the stang when it comes times for new pads and your pics have me leaning that way even more.
