Today, well guess technically it's considered yesterday now, but either way I had the pleasure of replacing the driver's side front control arm and ball joint assembly! Ball joint was so so bad it had to be replaced.

Hit a piece of tire tread during my 900 mile drive today from FL to TN. Cracked the black part of the CS bumper and tire off one of the honeycomb grill inserts by the lower opening. Motherfucker. Don't know if the crack can be repaired.

Oh yeah, and the damn thing got COVERED in love bugs.

Last night... I completed the valve spring replacement...










On the right hand head!! Just one more head to go. I do not recommend trying this method to any one. Just pull the damn heads and be done with it. This is much too tedious even for me and I usually have plenty patience.

Oh and I drove my shit like I stole it this morning on the way to work. Felt great!!! Cooler air causing nice low IAT's makes it a whole different ride!
