started it and let it idle for a few minutes... I think it is lonely, I haven't driven it in a week.

Changed the water pump. Finally started crying out the freeze plug after 165k. Car has held up great.

And Darren... With all the wax on your car, I'm sure it's about an inch wider than any other... Car looks damn good though! :beerchug2:

If you need to send it on a play date I would be more than happy to let it idle and see some mild revs. I haven't driven mine since my birthday on September 8th when it went kablewie

Xavier,

I have found BRENSPEED to be pretty good to work with over the years.

I really like my tune from them. I didn't realize how bad the factory throttle response on these cars was until I uploaded the tune and took it for a spin. I don't think I could ever go back.

Started putting on the lowering springs tonight. Got the fronts done at least. Now I know why people say the stock 11+ strut mounts just fall apart when you disassemble the strut, they are crap. Only a single row of ball bearings and come apart so easily. I have always broken down the strut assembly on the car but these you almost have to take out and break down with a spring compressor if you want to reuse the stock strut mounts.

I will definitely be going with GT500 mounts and 05-10 struts when it's time for that upgrade.

Xavier,

I agree there is a major difference between a custom-tune and the stock tune.

There are some really awesome guys that do the tunes and BRENSPEED (Brent) is one of those.

Happy New Year man ............

Installed new upstream O2 sensors, fuel trims were lean and mileage was really bad. So far the trims look a lot better, under 10%. Going to keep logging all my trips and make sure that's it.
