I adjusted the panhard bar to center the rear and discovered that a stock C5 Z06 Vette doesn't win in a straight line. :)

Yup I'm curious too.
Also what is the price difference?

My 275/35/20 555 G2's were about a $1 cheaper than the old model.
They were $197.20 each with free shipping from Discount Tire Direct.
Old tires were listed at $198.27 each and "special order" only, so they were out of stock on them.
They didn't have the G2's in stock either, they got them from Nitto and shipped them up to me, took about a week and a half instead of the usual 2-3 days.

Some BMR LCA Brackets! Wish I would of done these on the other Mustangs. Feels so much more planted and smoother now. Oh and the Broncos are going to the Super Bowl! Yay!

Those look like the older UMI relocation brackets. Those were the ones I had on my Bullitt. Copied after the BMR brackets but only 2 holes. The new UMI brackets now have three holes, just like BMR.

Yes. According to the feller I bought it from on here, these are the older BMR brackets. Personally I'd rather the 2 hole. I don't really need the 3rd hole plus I like that it is slightly shorter, kinda like Whitelines. IE: Not as close to the ground as the 3 hole version. That's just my preference/personal opinion though.

Not that I really need to explain buuut...As far as the LCA, that's actually the factory GT500 piece. I had those lying around from a previous Mustang and swapped out the actual factory GT LCA's some months ago. I had em for like 2 years and figured why not. The factory ones looked terrible at the time as well. I feel the brackets make the biggest difference as far as LCA goes.

Is UMI one of UPR's pseudo names?

Ditched the NT555's for some new Continental Extreme DW 255/45&285/40. Also added Bumpsteer tie rod ends.

Looks great! What all was involved in making those center caps fit the SVEs?

I've been wanting to put some SVT center caps into mine, but realized that the sizing of the Drift center caps is a bit smaller.

They're just an old version of our relocation brackets. We updated our design about 4-5 years ago.

I did this with some AM wheels. I just took the center caps provided with the wheels and sanded the crap out of them until they were flush. They I broke all the tabs off the OEM center caps and epoxied them to the AM center caps. It would probably be difficult to do with the SVT caps since they sit flush.

Josh,

I have ran the Conti DW's myself for years and they were outstanding.

I now run the Mickey Thompson Street Comp tires.

I have waiting on me at Discount Tire a set of the new DWS06 Conti Tires.
Just waiting for the weather to break so I can get them installed.

315/35-20's rear & 245/40-20's front.

I've done 2 sets, the first time I did what BMR said and put the 2 sets together. After dealing with the epoxy failing every few washes I bought a new set and realized the diameter does fit, just very tight. All you have to do is file down small nubs on the back of the emblem so it fits flush. I used satin black paint on the ring.

I've always love Continentals, had DWS's on my Acura for a while and will be returning to them for my next set. Too early to compare the DW's to my Nitto's but so far they feel great!

Installed a 65mm CJ TB and 123mm JLT CAI. Picked up 1.5 lbs of boost just with the swap. Tells me the TVS was definitely thirsty for more air. Going to the dyno in a couple weeks to see what she is putting out.

Gotcha, thanks for the tip. I will try filing the OEM caps down and go from there.

Not yet, I'm going to straighten the belt a little and see if it helps. I noticed it wasn't perfectly straight and it's about every revolution of the belt. I just assumed bearing failure.
