Discovered my HVAC blend actuator went bad and clicks. Got one coming but it ended up being the top most one. Shouldn't be too much trouble and it's a cheap fix.

Used a paint pen to hide some chips on the front crease of the hood. I also detailed the interior since I was already there and I could see dust.

Made an appointment to go visit MGW. There will be a Hurst shifter for sale come mid-October. (hopefully my post count will be enough to post it by then)

If not the longest this has to be close to the longest parts install ever! I bought Steeda Aluminum Pedal Covers part number 555-1158 and Aluminum Dead Pedal part number 555-1156 in September 2010. I installed the Pedal Covers on September 22, 2010 but for some reason never installed the Dead Pedal. Well organizing one of my high storage shelves today low and behold I came across the Steeda box with the Dead Pedal.

Finally installed the Dead Pedal.

I drove up to buy my Mustang in Augusta two years ago. After finishing the paperwork I drove over to MGW which was only 20 miles away. George came out to meet me and gave me the nickle tour of the place. By the time we finished the girls had my order all complete and threw in some extra swag as well. Awesome people!

I had considered just ordering the shifter and having a local shop install it, but based off of your (and many other s197 members') experiences with MGW, I thought it would make a nice mini vacation to drive down there for a few days and shake George's hand. Everyone there I've communicated with have been great. Really looking forward to it!

I don't know if they still do it, but once upon a time MGW would install for free if you bought it from them at their shop.

You probably intended to install it shortly after the pedal covers, thinking you would get around to it the next day, but more than likely other things came up that caused you to lose track of time until you finally stumbled across it while organizing your storage shelves..

Anyhow the Steeda aluminum covers look really great Scott :waytogo:

Got any pics? Been debating between Sportlines or Super Sports.

It's dirty but shows the drop pretty well.

Went in to America's Tire to get a tire fixed (screw in tire) and also have one of my tire pressure sensors replaced since it went bad a while ago. Found out I now have two bad ones, so had to shell out 130 bucks for both, and I'm sure the other two are going to follow. Needless to say I already emailed a picture of my bill to the company I bought my wheel/tire/TPMS package from since TPMS only lasting a year and a half is inexcusable. I expect some form of reimbursement. I won't name the company here but I think they will take care of me since they always have great customer service.

Just data logged for the first time. Finding a place to do a WOT 3rd gear pull was no easy task. Had to go out to the boonies. Car topped out at about 95-98? Speed limit on that road was 50 mph. :whistle1:

Quick trip to Mexico ? LOL ...

Who's the little girl making the video?
Brought my passport for the test drive for sure.

And the passenger is a buddy who owns a small IT company. Neither of us were expecting it to be quite that aggressive, so he giggled like a little girl, LOL.

Replaced driver's side seat with a Recaro Sport. Much better. Passenger side is next.
