@Road_Trip what ramps are those? I got a set of Rhino ramps and they are worthless. Slide no matter what I try, short of bolting them to the floor
With the splitter I use a fabricated ramps (stacked 2X12's) against the Rino Ramps to get up on them. Works for me, no movement of the ramps.

On a lighter note I got an adjustable upper in to go with the one piece driveshaft I'm sure I will have to adjust pinion angle as the car was also lowered about an inch.

Got some carpets in, I like the racing one better even though I'm not. :) Pics were taken in different light obviously, they're both the same color. They wouldnt move the emblem up on the carpet higher no matter what I tried, even money didn't work. Go figure.

Got the leather Scott Drake shift boot installed. I was happy to see it was glued on to the frame straight with perfect stitching. I had ordered the Ford oem one from an ebay seller and it was glued on crooked as hell.
Much nicer than the faux leather factory piece. Nice upgrade for about 50 bucks.

Got the tune checked for the new higher volume fuel pump and no BAP.

Tune I drove in with put down 572 rwhp.
Tune I drove out with put down 578 rwhp.
And it's smoother and seems to open up the throttle body quicker.
It also gained a few more hp across the board, until the small 6 hp peak difference close to 7k rpm.

I sprayed my rear axle with Rustolium Rust Reformer. It chemically converts that rusty film to tough black coating. It looks pretty good and has held up well.
While under doing my differential upgrades, wondered how it would work to shoot those orange areas...now I know. Definitely on the future project list...never ends. ;) :D

Have to ask - did you mask things off, or just shoot the rusty looking areas?

I just masked the alloy cover on the differential. The spray nozzle allowed pretty accurate application for rest of it.

Changed out the shifter bushings to bronze units and installed poly mounts. On the trans there is a shift pawl you have to remove - not for the faint of heart.

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but my fix for the ramps sliding away was to attach a strip of plywood to the bottom of the ramps. Let it stick out the front far enough for the tire to get on it before the ramp. Works great.

As of Monday, there's a new sound in my neighborhood...........................

Tuning process is now in progress...............
Love the sound of the hot rods. Have them in mine with borla ATAK’s and idle set at about 850

FYI.............................

As of this evening she's fully tuned. Final idle speed is now set at 800 RPM (TQ Management controlled the engine w\ these Hot Rod cams much better when set at 800 RPM vs 750 RPM........engine under full HVAC load will now take off easily in 1st gear w\o any APP input just as it did running the Lunati's on the same steep grade hill incline sections I use in all my drive cycle\datalog runs thus good A\B testing).

A little tweaking in the right places can go a long way...............................

Here's the exhaust note cadence at 800 RPM........................

Mine are barking thru a full Pypes Super Bomb Mid Muffler catback exhaust w\ 4" x 14" chrome resonator tips. I almost went w\ a Borla Stinger setup myself until I saw this Pypes setup............reminded me of all the 30" glasspacks w\ 4" x 14" stove pipe chrome tipped exhaust I ran back in my younger E\Tex years on both my cars & truck................was too sentimental to pass it up.

Been great ever since.
