Core charge on an item like this just sounds like an ADM tax. Easy way to throw on an additional $50-75 of profit after the buyer has already shopped prices and made his decision to purchase.

Make sure the paint matches trust me I just went threw this with my car. Take a good look at you paint now where the bumper meets the quarter panel and see how well it matches or doesn't match. Some colors don't match as well as other from the factory.
