Why are some sections topics centered today?

Is this something I can change for my own viewing? I read from left to right and like my forums to be arranged in the same manner.

My laptop has been doing it on and off today also.

I'm also having issues today with pages not fully loading. Having to refresh to get the page to load. Thought it might be my browser but tried another browser and same thing. It must be a server issue.

yep, had to reload the page for all the sections or threads to show
