Will 11-14 fuel pump sending units/hats fit on 05-09 cars?

Pretty much the title. Seems to be lacking that information online and I would assume it does since its the same chassis but different units, because I want to run a deatschwerks fuel hat but its listed as 11-14.

The 2010 and later sending unit will not work on the 09 and earlier cars. When I installed the 07-09 GT500 dual pump setup in my 2010 I had to use the 2010 sender grafted to the new pump mount. Pain in the ass but nobody had an alternative to offer.

Are there any alternatives for 05-09? I'm having a hard time finding anything out there.

My understanding is no because the 2010 is a bastard year unto itself. 2011 has a different PLC and strategy and the tank rheostat works on a different scale. The pre 2010 tank rheostat works on a different scale as well.

The wiring in my case doesnt matter i have a swapped car so im not using factory wiring, im just concerned about whether it fits, which is confusing because it should, its the same chassis.

I believe the pump hats will actually interchange but I don’t know that for sure. Do a little research and see if the 09 and 11 use the same fuel tank.

They use the same tank, thats why I was curious about fitment. I think I'll take my chances and buy an 11-14 hat because they are much more supported aftermarket and will work with my 15-17 motor better than fucking around with the trashy stock sending unit.
