Mother of god I want to do this so badly... Too bad all the totaled donor cars I've seen go for like 8 grand. More than I can/want to spend on this project. I can day dream I guess....

That's why you make sure you buy a car that you can transfere everything over including drive train and all. You could buy a 2011 5.0 and do it.

Bruce i have a question that im hoping you have an answer for. Is the steering column wired for the radio controls on all 11-12 5.0's? I have a base gt and thought about installing a gt500 steering wheel with radio controls but only if the column has the wiring.
