These do make noise on occasion and do generate more brake dust than stock.
Use Ford rotors. I tied a bunch of different rotors. Centric, and a few others. They all warp eventually. Ford rotors have always been the best "bargain" brand.

HP+ has way more bite than the non-5.0 HPS formulation . . . and lots more dust and noise and a way bigger appetite for the iron that your rotors are made out of.

It's why I continue to recommend XP8 and R8 pads. HP+ bite combined with HPS rotor wear rates. Any pad that's enough for just entry level tracking is apt to be a bit dusty and noisy but these aren't too bad in those respects.
