Yeah they do. Given the consequences for women, which are FAR GREATER than for men, it behooves them to take care of themselves. A Pill a day is simpler than surgury. Also less expensive, except over a long period of time. Lastly, docs wont fix a guy that doesnt have two kids or over a certain age, just like women.
