Won't start..

I have a 2005 V8 mustang GT that has been sitting for a while. Brand new battery put in. Brand new mat airflow sensor fuel rail sensor and it won't start. It keeps coming up with a p1000 code. How do I get around the Anti-Theft set up.

It was diode P/N YL8Z-10Z912-AA that was bad. There are two in the engine buss, one for the A/C compressor and the other one for the switch chip that recognizes the key.
