WTB: Engine block

I have forged internals that I need to install in a block, prefer close to Chesapeake, VA, 23320 to avoid shipping costs and I don't need the rods/pistons/crank but will take them if needed.

Where is the block being shipped from and any other info on the block-how old/mileage, why they are selling it?
