4.6 3V engine rebuild plan version 28

This is my current plan after bouncing around several times. Around December, Kelly Machine in Phoenix will re-build my engine using my Comp Cams 127200;s, high volume Melling oil pump, and my Ford brand cam phasers and VVT's. Everything else will be new provided by him; w/ +.020 stock pistons. I promised my wife I would not boost, or nitrous the car (potentially fingers crossed). I do have some 5.0 rods I could throw in. Does using these heavier rods on a stock'ish good or bad idea, and does increasing the CR to 10.3 do anything for HP and torque that is worth the costs of aftermarket pistons.

I already had a thread going on this, and I didn't see how the cancel this one.

Has anybody done this? Machine shop rebuild and thro in a Comp Cams 127200 and Mahle 10.9:1 pistons (on a 5 speed and 4:10's).

I want to keep the budget on the low, so I would like to hear from somebody that has done this 'set-up' and what the results where. I will use Kelly's Machine Shop in Phoenix to rebuild my 4.6 3V (they know the ins and outs of this engine), and BTW thro in my Comp Cams 127200's, my Mahle 10.9:1...
