Hi guys, Im trying to find a new or low miles take off rear upper control arm.
Mine is 120k miles of midwest rustbelt and I dont want to even mess with trying to get a new bushing in it.
I'm in the Chicago burbs so if you're local let me know.

Also, I'm looking for a driveshaft for a manual too mine is just really rusty, so finding a nice low mile take off would be great!
Thanks!

Be aware of scams! They scour forums for WTB posts, join the forum as a new member, and post that so-and-so has (insert your words), email pics they found on the internet, take your $$$, then disappear. Caveat Emptor! Only trust long term legitimate forum members and check their posting history.

I just finished replacing all my suspension parts on a 2006 New England car w/160K. The rear upper link bushing in the top of the axle housing should be replaced with the UCA. This is not part of the trailing arm. I had the whole rear out of the car which made it easier. I had to drill out the rubber, remove the center sleeve, cut the shell and then peal it from the housing. Not easy, but it needed to be replaced.

Also had to loosen and drop the tank down about an inch to get the UCA out of the car. Some say it comes out without unstrapping the tank, but not on my car.

My suggestion, if the UCA metal parts are good, wire brush them, paint it up and reinstall it with new bushings. Don't mess with a used part.
