yes. I did cams and headers my self. Cams took me around 10 hours. I would reccomend the hot rods because they sound amazing, make decent power and dont require a spring change.

Thanks. I found a DIY thread on the Hot Rod cams and been reading all morning. That will be my next mod for sure.:beerdrink:

So it sounds good?????

The Kooks long tubes with the H pipe sound great!

At one track day I was at back in May at NJMP, people came up to me in the pits and said they stopped what they were doing when they heard my car go by and took some time to find out that was was making that beautiful noise. It was a great compliment considering some of them were Honda drivers. lol

well, talking about compliment then, i had one but it wasn't as nice as yours.

I was coming out of a parking lot in a mall and shifting from 1 gear to second gear a lil bit loud a woman caring a baby scream to me asshole. :roflmao:

I didn't saw her getting out of the car because a mini van was on front of her when i punch the gas a lil bit. it was funny at that moment, my wife told me " I think she called you, asshole".

Drove my car today(since it's sun shiny...LOL) on the interstate to work and it was pure bliss!!! Didn't even turn on the radio so I could hear the music coming from my motor. Absolute BEST mod I coulda done especially the selection of the O/R H-pipe!!
Throttle response and revs are spot on with my 93 Perf. Bama tune. I'm a bit stoked!!:beerchug2:

Back when you just had the stingers, how loud and what did it sound like? How much of a difference in sound/volume did the LT's and O/R H make? I plan on getting a set of stingers when I get back from the sand. Thanks

First, THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!

Now, sound is highly subjective but with Stingers only it sounded good. Low pitch, low amplitude(almost too quiet), but when you wicked it up they woke up and sounded aggressive without a high pitched tinny rice sound.

I became accustomed to this sound but when I added the Kooks LT's and O/R H-pipe it woke up the amplitude a bit but certainly not annoying like I really thought they would be without cats. At a cruise speed, it will turn some heads because it sounds low, mean, and muscle car sounding.

Now when you wick it up it REALLY comes alive!!!! It can get loud when you get on it. It raps out but still maintains a muscle car V8 sound. Not high pitched or ricey.

I could NEVER go back to stock manifolds after adding the LT's. No freakin way!:beerdrink: Best money I've EVER spent on my car.

Awesome! Can't watch the video here at work...

I have the Stainless Works LTs and have an exhaust leak. I believe it is the two lower bolts above the driver side motor mount. Once I fell like getting that corrected, hopefuilly that stops the leak. However, it if it doesn't, I believe I'm going to get the BMR K member and a set of Kooks LTs!

What header gasket did you use? I would purchase the Seal-4-Good gaskets. Problem solved.:beerdrink:
