DA was -653

Light weight driver seat, no passenger seat, rear seat delete, no spare tire/jack, lower radiator support and sway bar removed. Scale wasn't working at the track so couldn't weigh it. I would estimate around 3650-3700lbs.

93 octane Shell gas

Makes more sense now. Is yours a base gt or a premium?

Why does that make more sense?

It is a base.

The mph makes more sense because you had some weight reduction and ran at a really good DA. Also your car is a base which makes it even lighter.

My base M6 weighs 3480 with a 1/8 tank of gas and all I removed was the spare tire. I bet your down around 3400 with that stuff gone. I also ran the et/mph in my sig at a DA of ~500 feet.

Congrats man thats a sick ass time/mph!

The air was exceptionally good for this area. We get that about 2 times a year.

Regarding the weight, remember the auto weighs more than the M6. I pulled about 150lbs. off the car. I had between 1/4 and 1/2 a tank of gas and I weight 206. I wish the track scale was working but it wasn't. I believe it is safe to guesstimate I was running between 3,650-3,700lbs race weight.

Thanks!

Why the top secret tune? Seems like your guy could make a name for himself.

Not interested in making a name, I despise the self promoters and the liars which peddle parts all over these internet forums. Not interested in dealing with people, look at how the guy tuning gets the blame on these forums whenever anything goes wrong. Don't want phone calls, don't want emails, especially don't want damned text messages. Day job pays the bills just fine and then some, so I'd rather this remains fun instead of turning it into something that sucks.

Thanks now i feel all left out.......

Situation was he was stuck, had a BBR tune, we were at the track, it wouldn't even idle right. He had things like a CAI where he couldn't go back to a stock tune. That's right, an NA car with next to nothing for boltons and it wouldn't idle, surging up and down constantly, even though nothing needed to be changed in the tune from stock regarding idle, all of that should have been left alone. So I fixed it at the track for him. The fact that it ran faster than ever on the next pass was just a side effect of that. Not the first nor the last person I helped out with a tune at the track when they needed one to square their car away, never tried to charge anyone anything for it either, that's the way I came up racing when I was young, my competitors and I always helped each other out. Maybe you should come hang out at the track.

Don't even get him started on the way BBR jerked him around on the hood with the shipping charges and lying about it repeatedly, while he was deployed.

This is all correct.

And the fucking hood. That I ordered and a month later still didn't ship. That they said shipping was $125. Then when I call back get excuse it wasn't ordered do to a mess up in processing. Then all sudden it they wanted double for shipping cause prices raised. And thought I should pay cause they didn't do their job and order it. Then how they lied about talking to my wife when in fact they didn't. How they got an attitude on phone and t hought putting Liz on phone and her getting attitude was going to stop me from getting one back. That still then took another 6 weeks to get. The hood that looks like it is warping some already. Noticed about week ago. THAT FUCKING HOOD!

Oh here pic can see warping
