New best and closest race

I ran Nitrous Pete last night. He has an 08 with a Roush TVS blower on it makin 15psi. We ran identical times last night though his MPH was insane 130. We are both on the stock motor. Nitrous pete later ran a 10.57 at 131mph again he is on the stock motor.

Here is our race time slip. I ran only once last night cause of how busy it was. I regret not running again because they pulled the lanes really quick after our first pass.

I have a video of it. The camera guy was a little too quick at the end, you can barely see the time at my run. Ill post it up. But you can see Nitrous petes second run. He isnt on this board, ill get him up here though.

Awesome - jeez pete can cut a light!

Those times are great!! You can see your car has him easily down low and then he runs catches you on the big end. Stout and impressive for stock motors to say the least...

Yes stock motor , V/covers never been off. . I tune the car on the rich side a/f like 10.6, Spent many hours on the tune Diablosport. The cold air realy helped last nite, I also played with can timing in the tune , and the car picked up .

Well said. 20 Years ago I was watching Pete, Lee Rutter, Ed Smith, Doug Mangrum and others....These guys were gods in the 5.0 Mustang movement. It can easily be stated without these guys, we would not be enjoying the success we see today. Nice to know Pete has embraced the modular engine.

Also can nitrous pete post the 330/1/8th/1/8th mph and 1000 for the 10.57 pass? I have the video that show the ET so I don't need the slip, but I want the list as complete as possible.

ya She is gone, I do miss the car. I play a little now with these newer cars . do a lot of tuning with preaditor for people.
