Allright guys... I hate to keep everybody waitting on the pics!

We didnt finsh with the install this weekend. Boooo...

Should have everyhting done as the week goes. Goal is to be finshed by Saturday for a car show that evening.

Will post up complete pics of the install and hopeful video's of the finshed ride.

Fabbing up the trunk area took most of the day and we still didnt finsh. We made all the brackets and drilled all the holes and painted the metal to keep it from rusting. All we have left is cutting the aluminum for the truck. Finsh mouting the intercooler tank and air tank and hookup the wiring.

Teaser pick of the front, 0 psi. Thing is nasty low, had to put board under the car to get the jackets from under the car.

Going to be sick once finshed!

Looks sick!!!!!!! Can't wait to see the entire car, nice work

Thanks..

We tried to finsh up with it, but sometimes things take a little time.

The kit went together very nice. Most of the time was spent doing stuff that had not much to do with the air ride. The damn spare tire area and cutting and bending braces for the air tank and intercooler tank took some time.

+1

great work

Thank you sir!

Will have a ton more HQ pics coming up once we finsh!

I hope to pick up the aluminum piece for the trunk today. This was one of the main parts I didnt have yesterday. None of the large retail home improvement stores had anything large enough to cover the spare tire area we removed.

All the braces are bolted in and holes drilled for the tanks.... all is ready execpt the cover. Once we get the aluminum here and cut to fit. Everything else will move very quick. I also plan to take it to welding shop and do some more braces above and beyond what is needed and welded everything along with the bolts to hold it together. Cant have enough support!

We also have plans to run a quick connection to the tank. This will allow the connection of a air hose to use to air up tires and maybe use small air tools. Will be pretty trick!

We need more pics asap!

Its looking good so far. How is the install over all to do?

Lol... more pics will be coming shortly.

The install is fairly easy and straight forward. Most could do it right in their driveway with hand tools, jacks/stands and a drill. My was a little more in depth due to fixing the spare tire area when I did the install. The pancake tank will be mounted underneath the car upside down and out of sight when finshed. You will only see the compressor and V2 air management unit inside the trunk once done and of course the intercooler tank.

Something else I forgot to add. The shocks in the rear clear my huge steam roller tires (345/30/18). They are close, real close, but work. I had concerns about it at first and thought I might have to do some fab work to make them work. Now I do know the back will no tuck the rims and tires I have like the front. My tires stick out past the fenders by maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch.. not much, but just little. Should be able to lower the car right onto the tires with the fenders on the back. I will just have to be careful not to drop the car quick and fast to low and damage something. Also I guess I could look at widening the fenders a bit in the back, maybe rolling them or some body work. Something very small, not to crazy to help keep the tires from hitting the fenders.... will see.

Made some progress on the car again tonight. Was able to pickup a sheet aluminum big enough to cover the spare tire area today and some body seem sealer. The metal is cut and has been fitted for the area... just a few more evenings or so and it will be finshed up.

Should be very nice once finshed and the trunk area will be super strong and looking good. Think most of you will be impressed with the final product.
