Well last night i walked into a ford dealer and 2.5 hours later i walked out with a new 2013 v6 quick snap shot of options looks like the 101a package and the performance package so 19's and spoiler and the dealer already removed the lower stripe per my request prior to simionz.

I get tired of never passing up gas stations with the 5.4 so i went with a new daily driver and will keep the ste 5.4 shelby clone stang for weekend rage
fest LOL.... I have 0 mod plans for the car and would perfer to keep it like that the dealer will tint the windows for me and thats bout it.

Gratz'. Awesome DD. That colour should be easy to take care of as well. The new Mustangs across the board from V6 to GT500 are just WIN!

Congrats!! I've got the Latemodelrestoration.com v6 car Project Six Appeal, and with all the bolt on's I absolutely adore this thing. My previous Mustangs were an 06 gt with the typical bolt on's and a 03 mach 1 with all the bolt on's and this v6 car is so balanced with the suspension, brakes, and performance mods that its an absolute hoot to drive. Having owned those cars, I'd rather have this v6 car. High 12's and having ss and srt8 owners scratching their foreheads after seeing the 3.7 badges and hearing the exhaust beat them is fun. 2 years ago, if you told me I'd be driving a v6 mustang ( I had my mach at the time), I would have laughed in your face. These cars are very impressive. Hope you enjoy it! -Karson

That Sterling Gray is absolutely beautiful! Nice! and to think the V6 of today is as powerful as the 4.6 3V of yesterday...............puts a new perspective on things. LOL

That is a nice car man. Congrats! If I were in the market, I would own a 2013 V6 in a New York second. I have been intrigued by this car ever since I read the Car and Driver 2011 VIR Lightning Lap story.

http://www.caranddriver.com/feature...iver-lightning-lap-2011-ll1-class-page-2#Ford Mustang V-6

"Taking the LL1 crown this year and tying the class-record time of 3:12.5 was Ford’s 305-hp V-6 Mustang. We have little doubt that it could have unseated the co–class-champ 2006 Nissan 350Z Track if the Ford hadn’t been equipped with a 114-mph governor, which the car banged into for more than 15 seconds per lap. Yet despite the interference of the electric anchor, the new V-6–powered car still managed to beat last year’s 315-hp V-8 Mustang by 0.8 second.

We might have found our minds wandering on the speed-limited straights, but the Mustang had no problem holding our attention in the corners. Equipped with the Performance package, which adds 255/40R-19 Pirelli P Zero rubber and a firmer, track-friendly chassis, the car swept through the rest of the track with an ease that masked its 3513-pound curb weight and solid rear axle. Under trail braking—braking past the point of turning into a corner—the easily modulated binders enabled impressive front-end grip as the Mustang tucked into tight, low-speed corners with the nimbleness of a much lighter car. A cinch to balance through the middle of a corner, the chassis tends toward neutrality and is only disturbed by big, foolish control inputs.
Even though effort through the leather-wrapped wheel is light and doesn’t increase much in response to cornering loads, the steering is resolutely accurate and faithful. Some initial roll compliance made the Mustang feel slightly disconnected, but the stability of its chassis makes sport of the downhill corners before the straightaway (sector five) and the uphill esses. The seats could use more support, and the V-6 lacks the torque and sound of the 5.0-liter V-8, but this model sacrifices nothing when it comes to handling. "

Good DD if you ask me. Very pretty car, but... I don't, for a minute, believe you will leave it stock. Springs, at a minimum, are in your future and you know it! lol

Very nice!

I have a 2012 6'er auto and it was the perfect DD.. but the 'other-half has all but stolen it.. so I've been toying with the idea of getting a 2013, but realistically we need something with 4 doors now that all we have is Stangs.. so I'm thinking of getting a F150 FX4 or Raptor.
