Allright my thoughts on the kit to this point....

AWESOME!

The ride is freaking awesome, super smooth compared to any springs and shock that I have had.

We took the car out tonight on the streets and it rides smooth and has no problems handling 800+ rwtq car! Made a few hard pulls on it with no problems. Just need to get the car aligned in the front at ride height is all I have left.

Going to go over the car again tomorrow and make sure everything is tight and not binding on anything. There is a small air leak in the reserve tank area... looses a little pressure over time from somewhere! must have a fitting leaking a little, going to check out tomorrow... nothing major!

What is really cool about this kit... is you can adjust the ride to suit you and how you drive the car. It is awesome low at shows and can be raised up to make the drive home in comfort with out dragging on everything! The V2 also has tons of features. Auto raise on start, 8 preset ride heights and also auto fills any corner to keep the psi always in check!

Pretty cool kit, no complaints from me so far. Will post up some more pics tomorrow and hopefully some videos.

Wont the air tank fill up with water (condensation) with it upside down like that? Then pump it to the manifold then to the bags.

That looks absolutely sick!

Thank you Sir! I agree, I think it looks awesome

Very good question. I know it needs a drain valve for the center of the tank. Something I am going to get sorted out. I am get with Jeremy at Air Lift and see if any issues could arise with the setup like this. I would think it will just need a drain peacock for the center!

+1. One word sums it all up: BADASS!!!

And this has to be my favorite pic

Thank you!

I thought that pic was pretty sweet also...

I like this one very much also

That's a thing of beauty right there!

Thanks you!

I believe the Air Lift suspension has made the car even more awesome now. Exicted to just mess with it now. Finding what works at what settings.

definitely sick.

Thanks!

You should have flipped the tank over and mounted it right side up. The air lines going to the manifold need to be up high to stay away from water. You can leave it like it is but need to drain it all the time.

Was no way to mount it right side up wifh a 6 gallon intercooler tank for the KB mammoth. One good thing is, the car is not my daily driver anymore, so Monday threw Friday it gets driven zero. So the compressor and air system will get very little use overall.

Might just have to drain it before driving it on the weekends. Will see what Jeremy and the Air Lift crew has to say about it.

Another thought would be to use a line down from the center plug to a drain valve. This would give plenty of room for any condensation to be trap into the hose to the valve. But that does not solve the air line that feeds the system from being on the bottom.

Only other thing I could think of is to have a bung welded in the top of the tank for the feed line.... will see what is said!

We do supply a line with a schrader valve on the end to act as a drain/emergency fill valve. As little as this car get driven, the tank should only need to be drained once every couple months.

SherrodMustang this build turned out freaking sick!!!!!!!! The extra work you put into the trunk was definitely worth it, ended up being one of the cleanest installs I have seen. Congrats for getting this together and thanks for teaming up with us!

Yep, I installed my in the tank and mounted to the car for easy fill in case of emergency. Pretty slick... will have to post up a pic of it.

Thank you...

We spent alot of time on the car making sure everything was just right. From layiny all the lines to building the trunk and supports for the air tank and intercooler tank. We wanted it to appear as stock as it could and we will continue to move stuff a bit and change things to help the look as we go. I truely am never done with the car, always something going on.

Freaking killer kit... everybody at the show was asking about it. Got questions as how did I get the car there so low and how was the ride that low... attracts a lot of attention no doubt, pretty cool.

Going to clean the car up today and check everything real good and hopefully take some videos and some pics.

Daaaaamn that looks amazing!

Do you have a picture of what you will be keeping the car at for daily driving? Seems like all the cars with air ride prefer to drive with the car raised up quite a bit. Any reason as to why? I would want to drive around with the smallest amount of fender gap possible and raise it for when i need to.

Thank you sir.

This pic was me actually driving the car to the show and what I had the ride height set to from about a 10 mile drive. I had adjusted it a few times on the way to see how it felt. It was pretty smooth going down the road right here, but a little high I guess for most.

Going to play with it some more today.

What's it ride like when you lower it more? (I want a sportline stance when driving and an air ride stance when stopped)

I don't want to believe the whole "bags are only good for looks when your parked somewhere. They look goofy when your driving on them." So I'm just wondering why most don't slam it while driving...I can understand why you wouldn't with that body kit.
