So... Gizmo, have you noticed any change in temps since dipping the supercharger? I only started mine to check for leaks, but was just wondering.

Nope, not a single difference. My IAT stays at around 50-53 right now, same as it was before I did it.

I totally think you could hold a torch to the blower and the intercooler will still do it's job, it's just so damn big, lol.

The charger gets hot, just like before, but no noticeable difference in feel when I touch it. PDip is good to 350 deg too I think.

LOL seats are easy to swap, along with brakes, and the track pack doesn't mean shit once you start swapping suspension. Torsen diff is nice though.

You're still a bitch for going with GT500s. There is other chambered mufflers out there lol

I'm goin old school on your ass.... YOUR MOM GOES TO COLLEGE!

Recaros are only 1400 from factory, cheap compared to the FRPP ones
Track Pack: Suspension, Brembo, BOSS rear end/radiator/oil cooler. AND.... It's the 55"R" option, and well all know "R" means fast. Hahaha

Who here is running the passenger side PCV to the intake manifold with either a catch can or a hose, WITHOUT the provided check valve in the kit?

Having a discussion about this with a buddy, need opinions. I have both sides T'd off to my CC, and then from my CC to the intake tube. Basically a glorified, no oily mist, vent setup. I feel that if I ran the OUT side of my CC to the I/M, without the check valve, I would be pressurizing the PCV in the opposite direction.

So basically, if you're running a JLT/whatever CC on the passenger side/boosted intake side, without the check valve, I think you're wrong. It's like trying to fart while blowing air up your ass...

Prove me otherwise... Go.

The torsen diff will not handle the drag racing either. It wasn't meant to be hit hard like that with the added blower power. But he may only see a track a few times a year.

I initially had the check valve on the valve cover side of the catch can. Why did I have it that way? Because I'm an idiot sometimes. The only good thing about a set up like that is you never have to empty the catch can, it just empties into the intake. Lol

I'm ordering mine in a couple weeks from beefcake..

Lets cover some quick basics.

Coolant tank junk..

May want to up grade the clamps?

3.6 pulley / 3 inch off road xpipe and a cocky Lund/ken jones 93 octane tune should net net me 10's on a base model auto on a sticky tire.

What else? To look for If you had to do it again

I ordered mine from beefcake on Friday :) JPC coolant tank is in the works. I was also wondering about the worm clamps and possibly replacing.
