Wtf, should I just add a meth kit? I'm pretty much out of money to put into this thing. Is where it's placed going to make that big of a difference? Maf is right in from of the TB.

Mine is all open down there pretty much,4x31x12 inter cooler with all 3" piping.

Your lower grill looks tone blocking a lot of air from hitting the inter cooler. Remove that and take it for a spin.

It's not really any wider than the grill. Maybe I'll take the bumper cover off and see if it changed anything. If nothing changes, what would cause so much heat?

I did expand the maf wires, but everything is soldered well. I don't have anybody I can swap with. Think it's a iat sensor issue in the maf?

mine is 24x12x4 with all 3" piping so im sure there is a difference right there...when i cruise around town and let it get heat soaked, ill go up to 135*....soon as i go WOT it drops down alot. If i use the meth the will drop below 100-110*.

That's just indicative of that stlye cooler, especially the tank design. The cores are short the fin contact to draw heat is low. Then the air comes across the top or bottom of the core and continues intil it hits the ends and turns thru the core. Until the core becomes a restriction the air won't turn any sooner. Since it's a short core, that time is very far away. When we HAVE TO use cores like that we put baffles in the tank to force the air thru the core in sections equally. If you dyno the car you'll notice the area farthest from the inlet/outlet are warm from putting in work while the rest of the cooler does pretty much nothing.
