Sorry to see this David; as you already know, I wrecked mine on the 18th in the rain and our damage looks somewhat similar actually.

That oil on the axle was most likely already there with the axle vent tube; it's pretty common.
.
The damage on mine came out to be 10500 roughly and they didn't total it with it being a 2012. I don't think they'll total yours with that damage

It's alright man. At least no one was hurt. I totaled my 06 GT back in March of 2010, the thread is on here if you look at the threads started by me. We make mistakes, just learn from it.

Did yours have any suspension damage like mine? back wheels are pushed 1'' in on driver side, and 1'' out on passenger side. Front driver side wheel is slightly leaning in from top, out at bottom.

The axle offset is due to the bent panhard bar. It isn't supposed to be U shaped.

Negative; I was lucky enough to have my accident in the rain so most of it was sliding through the ditch/over the fence.

At this point bud all you can do is wait for the adjuster. I suggest that you arrange to meet him at the car so you can point things out to him/her that they wouldn't notice. Don't worry about the mods at this moment; if they end up saying its a loss, they will let you retrieve the aftermarket if you put the factory back with the car.

I still have my cloth ones as well, but I highly doubt I will be willing to wrestle with the labor of swapping them lol.

If it is a total, and I get time to remove stuff I am more than willing to swap complete seats with someone....

Hate to bug you Maddax, but do you have more pics of your car before it went in?

I am thinking the rear end is shot. 4 wheels, front bumper, hood, front driver quarter panel, rear quarter panel, rear bumper, fog lights, head lights, grills, rear end, maybe transmission... didnt feel like it wanted to go into gear, but I only drove 100 feet or so... rear wheels were wobbling like crazy, front drive side wheel is leaning in.....

Blue book is about 24k I think.... so 24k minus what they could sell it for... maybe 7k? idk. So for it to total I am guessing it will take 17k in repairs... Its going to be close.

Forgot to mention, while on top of the guard rail the rear driver side tire wouldnt turn. Two guys sat on the back right of my car to get the other tire to touch, and some others helped push to get it off.

My insurance guy told me they go as high as 90% of value on newish stuff. They actually went to 100% fixing my kids sentra with the after the fact stuff.

I have never taken any car of mine to Ennis.
Damage is only to one side of my car.
Also I posted pics of it on top of a guard rail....... so I am not seeing your connection. Along with 20+ witnesses... oh and pics of the car in perfect condition only hours earlier.
