That's different....not much water though. Seems hardly worth the effort.

It certainly isn't near the capacity of yours, but while I don't remmeber the exact capacity, gmitch told me it holds a whole bunch (not his term) more coolant than my KB unit.

But it's not looking like it'll be produced any time soon so I may have to look at another solution.

The KB was painfully small....mines probably bigger than it needs to be but works killer.

Stuck it in the garage. Just wish it was my garage.

Got it dyno'd yesterday, and datalogged, for JDM to review-and-revise.

I'm seeing mostly 6-8 psi on the boost gauge, with a spike to 10 psi toward the end of the pull.
Stock cats holding me back ???

Also, seeing oil-pressure over 100 psi on hard pull ... is this normal? (I'm running Amsoil 10w40 XL oil and their filter)

And since everybody loves pics and loves videos even more ... :)

First dyno pull. 3.375" pulley, stock cat converters, Borla S-Type mufflers, ID1000 injectors, JLT 123mm CAI.
560 RWHP, 456 RWTQ

OEM GT500 top, Saleen Extreme down. Dual fans and twice as thick.

O2sys did you get the EMP pump too? I have that same HE and I really like it, but it's paired with the EMP pump. Benefit of this HE is you can use the Saleen baffles.

Took it to cars and coffee. Had a good turn out even though it was rather chilly:

I think that I may have found the perfect platform for a 1000 ft/lb, 800 hp all electric project. I wanted to do more of a sleeper (geo metro or similar) but fwd and a weak drive train wouldn't hold up. Plus with the long front end, there's plenty of room in the engine bay for dual electric motors.

Unfortunately no, I'm installing the meziere 20gpm. I'm not running the Saleen supercharger. I have the dob setup so the 20gpm will flow better.

And yes that's why I got this, for the baffles. Now it covers the entire opening of the Saleen bumper:

Just a mock up for placement:

Put summer tires back on, changed the oil and checked the alignment in preparation for my drive to Texas on Tuesday.

New battery installed last night, full coverage insurance reinstated and today will be the first real drive since it was parked in late Oct... sunny and 60, so the top will be dropped!

Found out exactly how much a Vortech V3 on my 3V will put out in psi before it flat lines the blower. 17.73#s. Dyno pulls with new blower cams and springs gave 0 more horse power and a slight drop in psi. I see a JT swap in my future.:mad2:
