Whats the procedure for this on the new 5.0?

Going to mustangweek and want to ensure engine will be fine. Plus car has 51k miles on it. Previous owner was woman. All stock. Never know though.

Plus I wanna ensure things are good before I spring for an aed tune

Because I bought it off of a lot. Tuner suggested it.

To the OE. Pay no mind to 07tggt, the self appointed "Nube Killer". As his picture would suggest he has a little man complex which is really a personality disorder. He reflexively insults people. He has no life. Pity him.

This is what I did. Made certain battery was fully charged and engine was cool. Turned on the car. Pulled fuel pump fuse. Unplugged all 8 coil pack connections. Unbolted all 8 coil packs. Took out all 8 spark plugs. Screwed compression tester into spark plug hole and cranked the engine a few revolutions until the gauge stopped moving.

One quart between oil changes is no big deal. Just check your fluids and your battery cables for corrosion and tight. before u go
