I would upload the videos but you were behind me both runs. Lol. It was a good time and I need drag radials and you need some more seat time. It was nice meeting you out there but to bad the weather sucked.

Yeah, reaction time meant nothing, wanted you gone in case I F'd up. It was fun reeling you back in on my 2nd run. I looked at my dyno chart again...should have been launching at 5,000 from the get go. A learning curve for sure!

Finally got my piece to the track. Best of 12.63 @ 112. Right at where I expected, and not bad for a tune-only car, IMHO. I thought the MPH would be closer to 115.

Shit feels completely different than my previous two 14 second Mustangs. My first run was embarrassing, it took off so hard it surprised me and I let off, giving me an awesome 15 second run, lol.

I ran 12.409 @ 112.78 with just a off the shelf SCT tune.

Sounds about right.

Finally took more pictures of my new wheels and tires. I don't drive her much and she's very dirty, but I LOVE the wheel and tire combo!

Tried to see the launching capabilities at a red light and it hooks soo much better than my stock setup (obviously lol). Right after that, some idiot in a Camry decided to do a ricer fly-by on me.... no idea why that was necessary..... anyway, on to the shitty cell phone pics!

I wish I had a better camera.... I used to own a D3200 but I sold it a while back.... :thud:

Were you able to retain the foam behind it?

I could have modified the foam to keep it but I didn't reuse the foam. The bumper has zero flex if you push on it even with my 265lbs it doesn't bend so the foam doesn't give any added support just more of a cushion for impact but this bar won't absorb impact like a stock one so the foam would be useless at that point in a front crash anyways.

good to know, i was considering the CHE aluminum bar and didn't want my bumper to flex and get deformed with out the foam.

I installed the smoked lights and tinted the fogs, now I can't see anything at night.
Can I buy some bulb upgrades, or do I got to upgrade to HID'S. Somebody with experience with this please chime in. I don't want to change the lights out again!

Installed my first interior mod, now the torturous wait for the dash plaque from Shelby American...

Unfortunately, going back to stock housings is best imo. I tinted my lights a long time ago and even with HID's visibility at night was less than stock. Plus, then comes the problem with HID's going out/flickering/etc...

Love the procal. Figured it would bark a little bit more from a roll in first with my 3.31's though.

Thanks for the advice! I might have to look for new ones, or just buy new bulbs and try that first.

Just got back from a fun road trip and treated the Mustang to a set of Kooks Headers and catted x-pipe along with a custom dyno tune from Steeda. Absolutely love the new sound with these headers and x-pipe hooked up to the Bassani exhaust.

I may never turn on the stereo again.

...Please excuse the filthiness of the car, we drove up in a "driving rain storm", no pun intended, it was wicked.:lol2:

Have an exhaust clip? I would love to hear that.

I actually drove mine tonight. First time in what seems like a month. What a stress reliever to just beat on it is.
