Ordered it a new VMP triple-pass heat exchanger and a 170-degree thermostat

That's going to make a HUGE difference to make consistant power and reduce heat-soak.

Love it!

Yup, that's what I'm thinking too, and I feel that is needed more than new rims/tires, which I want, but won't make the engine run any safer

Sold the Focus a couple days ago, and I'm now looking for a 4x4, but I really want to spend some of that money for a T56, lol ...

Shoot you just missed that t56 that Jim at JDM had. I picked up a Saleen Extreme rotating assembly! CP Pistons, Manley rods and a cobra crank! :)

Added the STB. Cleaned it up a little, too. Not a lot, just a little lol.

Ordered the "chrome" front turn signals and clear rear parking/side lamps earlier this week. The bright orange lenses were wearing me out. Hopefully it isn't too "rice". Bitch is that the front wheel and inner fender lining have to come off to change the front turn signals.

Not quite.
You can remove a few screws for the liner and turn the wheel to the side so you can get your hand back there, or the easier way would be if you had ramps. Drive the car onto ramps, remove the under-shield and look up at the lenses. There are small thin-metal nuts that thread onto the plastic pins of the lens that hold the lens in place

My old (orange) and new (tinted) front corners:

And what it looks like back there:

What you SHOULD see with the lower shield removed:

I saw the ad, I think if I remember right it was a used unit not rated for more than 600 hp? I forget, but I would rather get all new parts ...

I cut it open for more airflow.

WTF ??? Really?

(Late yesterday) Picked up the girlfriend's Shelby with the new gauges installed ... A/F ratio, boost, and oil pressure.
