Started demodding to sale or trade in and order a S550, I have taken out the whole suspension, sturts, shocks, F+R sway bar, pan hard bar, LCA, and will take off the brakes/ sst brake lines, this weekend.
Andres,

Enjoy that new S550 when you get it. :hi:

That is why I finally decided to go with the procal, most owners that have one is overall happy with it.

That is only because they haven't tried a real tune. The Procal is very basic and very prone to pinging. So, any good tune from a reputable shop is massively better…

Took a buddy at work on a joy ride. I always get a kick out of watching them cower in fear and try to grasp unto the door when I go full throttle. I really need to get a GoPro so I can show them how silly they look, haha.

I agree I went from procal to dyno tune and definitely a large improvement, though the FRPP tune was pretty good over stock and much easier to explain to the dealer for warranty purposes

I wouldn't trust my local dealer to change my oil. No need to worry about what they think of my tune since they won't ever touch the car anyway.

ROFL! I was just going to say you might as well take the whole transmission out. Makes the car lighter and easier to push in & out of the garage for the photo shoots. :poke:

IMHO the BF bracket NVH change is minimal at most. Yes, the shifter is now directly connected to the transmission, so when you are grabbing it there is more vibration felts. Otherwise there's not really much change. I heard and felt way more difference with the Whiteline bushing insert.

Yeah, after driving it more, I agree. Definitely more vibes when you grab the shifter, but otherwise, not too bad. It does make my shifter knob (some aftermarket shift knob that I've had a while, not sure which brand) rattle though, which is very annoying. Will probably have to replace it.

For warranty purpose the Pro-Cal Tune on my MT-82 car was good. But when I decided to go with the CJ, all bets where off...

Today I replaced the fluid in my MT-82 transmission with Pennzoil Syncromesh. Just over 7000 miles on the car and I've hated how the transmission clunks ever since I got it. Only about 10 miles on it since changing the fluid but it seems to have lessened the clunking a little bit. And the clunking is definitely in the transmission, I can turn the output shaft by hand with the driveshaft removed and make it clunk.

And no, I'm not taking it to a dealer. The last thing I need is some trainee kid fucking up my MGW shifter trying to get the transmission out. If that POS ever comes out of the car for any reason it's getting replaced with a T56 XL Magnum.

Well..... last night before settling in to watch an evening of Barrett Jackson I opened the garage and looked at my Mustang ... Does that count? lol

I'm quickly losing patience with this weather.... sure wish it would rain and wash all the salt off the roads!

Wasn't feeling great at lunch so I went home to pass out for a little bit. When I woke up, it was sunny and gorgeous so I took the Mustang out for the first time in a week or so.

+1 to this. Everytime it tries to rain here it gets cold right after it and they drop even more damn salt!!!
