Need help on casting number!! (HELP)

The valves have been unshrouded and you can see the CNC marks in the intake ports for sure. Dont know who did them but they have had work done to them.

If they are FRPP heads then they should be able to tell you what the numbers stamped on them mean.

Called them and they said they don't stamp them. Just the stock stamps

So FRPP made heads as far back as early 2008?
Anyone have a 2008 FRPP catalog to check?

The casting does say RF3L3E right?
