Got the new Roush shifter installed with a fuck up at the end but holy hell is this a night and day difference. Throws are short (about 40-45% shorter than stock) and crisp even with 1 sheared off rear mount stud. It's also set back farther so I'm no longer catching my elbow on the damn center console lid. Best $70 I've spent in a while minus the fuck knucklery.

I went to the Tasca Ford Day today, at New England Dragway, there's always a good-size car show to go along with the racing they have going on,
this time the show was somewhat small, but there were still about 20 Mustangs.
I won trophies for 2nd place - Modified Mustang, and first place - Best Mustang.

I drove it for the first time in over a week. I forgot how much I like this car till I come back after a week without it. And that's after nine years and 160,000 miles that I have put on it

Just got home from the AM show at Maple Grove drag strip. A lot of newer mustangs, some 99-04s, Fox bodys and a few early years. 1 Mustang II. I'll post a few pic tomorrow. Two were running the new Holley intake manifold. It got a little warm but had a good time.

A little warm? It was hot as hell [emoji23]

Had a good time though. My friend took his 2016 Camaro and the crowds reaction was hilarious. Even Chip Foose was laughing.

I just changed supercharger oil in the KB and replaced the stock pulley with a 3-3/4" pulley.

Congrats Gab.

Congrats Gabe :waytogo:

Thanks guys.

Yesterday the wife and I took both cars to an annual show in Bethlehem, NH.
I ended up winning another trophy.

We went shopping a bit after that, then we went to the Mount Washington Hotel and had a couple cocktails and some food.
Left the house at 7AM, got home at 10PM, put about 275 miles on the cars, had a great time :)

Finished the Scott Rod door panels yesterday evening. Decided to bite the Bullitt ( no pun intended) and drill the riviets out on the drivers side and reuse the stock window switch. I tried hunting down the wires and making my own switch someplace cleaner. That would have been 10x the work. Drilling out the rivets and mounting the switch turned out better than I expected anyway.

Last issue is making some cool door release pulls. I have some ideas in mind.

Finally made an appointment to get my airbag replaced. Ford has really stepped up the harassing letters, emails and phone calls.

Funny I still have the original airbags in my 2002 F150. If the 2014 airbag is 'defective' and dangerous, just how safe are the 15 year old airbags in the pickup truck?

I've been getting the same notices, however, when I call the dealer, they tell me parts aren't available and there isn't an ETA.
