Longtubes on jack stands?

Hi hope I'm not double posting wondering how much of a PITA it'll be to install longtubes on my 2014 gt with jack stands? Can't afford to pay a shop $1000+ to do it. Any advice and guidance on how to would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

I did mine on a lift at a friends garage and I wouldn't want to do it on jack stands. It can be done but take your time and be careful. Good luck.

I recently did mine on jackstands...yes, a PITA, but I didn't run into anything too bad. I also changed the K member, so I took it out which gives good access. I highly recommend you lower the K. If you're not replacing it as I did, you can just let it hang by the suspension, but it's not alot more to just take it out completely. From there, just take your time. You will need sockets, deep and shallow, ratcheting combo wrenches, extensions, and u-joints. Have fun and just look fwd to that new rumble. Thanks I came from sn95's rebuilt transmission myself in a 94 gt I sold last year. Don't have the $1,000+ to pay a shop with a lift nor have a buddy with one. Moved to where I am last year so haven't had much chance to make new friends here.
