I've got an 08 GT. Looking for similar builds and dyno sheets. Would like to know my roundabout HP and TQ numbers.

3.31 gears
BBK throttle body
BBK CAI
BBK tuned length shorties
Comp mutha thumpr cams and beehive springs
Catless Xpipe
Borla S type mufflers
Bama 93 tune

That doesn’t actually answer his question as all trans in the 05+ are 5 speed
Sorry. I figured it was common knowledge as saying 5 speed was meant as 5 speed manual.

For those cams I would get:
Longtubes headers
JLT series 3 intake
Holley Sniper manifold or charge motion delete plates
Full 3' header back exhaust
4.10 or 4.30 gears
and then worry about how much power it makes
Those cams are overkill for your supporting mods

I plan on changing to the JLT
Holley sniper is already in the cart
Exhaust is 3 inch already
I'm keeping 3.31 gears because I'll be going turbo
Also keeping shorties because I'll be going turbo.
Once I get an intake I'll be pretty much FBO that's why I was wondering what it would be before I took it to a dyno with a turbo

Also I agree the cams are overkill. The previous owner installed them.

Those cams and a turbo are not going to work with each other, not even a little

I'll add this, shorty headers are not really 'full bolt on" or all out power friendly, they neck down to remain compatible with the factory mid pipe and hurt the power curve the cams were designed to run in, this is easily costing you 20 horsepower at this point. I know you're going turbo so in the big picture you feel it is irrelevant, I'm just pointing out that chasing a power number in NA form they will let you down. Keep us updated the turbo deal, its always nice to see another 3v car

Dang. I figured it would be more than that.

Your BBK mods don't add much power, the BAMA tune is probably crap, and you don't have delete plates nor underdrive pulleys.
Your headers and exhaust are fine for a turbo set up but you'll need to get rid of those Mutha Thumpr cams (go with Comp Stage 2 VSR blower cams since you've already upgraded the valve springs). A JLT CAI won't be any use to you as a turbo kit will have its own intake pipe. OTOH, delete plates, a driver's side air oil separator, and a dyno tune will be very useful indeed.

Thank you. The owner before me is the one that did most of the work. All I did was the headers because the o2 bung on the manifold stripped. I'm having to go through and redo what they did. What do you mean by delete plates?

It gets rid of these that sit under your intake.

I haven't kept up (at all, really), but wasn't the Holley Sniper panned when it came out, as ill-fitting and poorly built? Are those issues resolved?

sadly with those mods, you won't gain much
Just a few degrees of timing about it.

Almost 0 gains with shorties.
TB does nothing since the stock are good up to 800hp
Bama tune not exactly top notch these days for calibration
