Since nobody has an idea of what might be the issue with rear windows, problem escalated just now.

Convertible top switch, and neither of the power windows switches work. I checked all the fuses. Is there a relay controlling all of this? Or something else?

I can't seem to find out from the car manual and markings for fuses and relays.

SJB controls just about everything. Thats where I would start. Look for moisture/water intrusion at and behind right kick panel.

Maybe a dumb question but what is SJB???

I fixed the issue of not getting power to the switches. It was the fuse in passenger fuse box right above the big fat 30A fuse. 15A I believe it was #16. I packed it all back up already.

Still have the issue with rear windows not going up though. They get the power, motor will bring them down when roof button is engaged, but they won't go back up anymore and I hear no "click" when switch is pressed up or down. Fuses are good, switch is new.

Something did happen though in the past 2 days it rained heavy and water got in from the front right passenger side. So much it made carpet wet all the way to rear seats. It's somewhere from the body panels and I can't figure out from where.

Issue with rear windows not going up was present for several weeks though, before this leak happened. I could eventually get them up, but now nothing. They won't react anymore but still get engaged when roof button is touched automatically

SJB is Smart Junction Box. Sounds like that is where you found the blown fuse.
Water leak on right front can be the cowl vent clogging or there was a TSB (tech service bulletin) on right side waterleak.

Took those 2 little rubber drains out. Completely clogged. Poured out at least 2gl of water.

I guess you find out about this problem when it happens...in my case at least.

Took the SJB out and connectors were full of water. Need to take it apart and see if any got in. Hopefully this fixes the rear windows as one connector is corroded on the outside

Yup, I had the right side flood through the hvac box from clogged drain outside in the cowl. No warnings, just a really heavy rain one day.....

Good luck drying out/cleaning up the SJB. Atleast it comes apart easy. lol

Yeah. All seems to be working but the rear driver window. When I unplug the harness goes to the motor the passenger rear window freely goes up and down using the switch.

How are these even wired? Safe to say that the driver side motor is done for? Or it still might be the SJB

The switches tell the SJB what to do and the SJB turns on/off the motor/light/etc.

Yeah I spoke too soon. Plug I pulled is for the roof motor. When I unplugged it it lets the rear passenger window go up, not the driver and I loose the top. I'll have to mess with SJB a bit more.

[emoji120] I don't have to replace the fkn thing
