Hello I’m new to this but I recently bought a 07 mustang gt 5 speed and it ran great the first but then out of nowhere my control arms start to creak and knock so I bought some on American muscle and replace them but see now on the highway when I let of the throttle I feel like it wobbles a bit in rear and I’m a bit concerned now also I changed the rear shocks but now the rear feels like it falling down like a rock more then it did before at first it didn’t feel like that could that be the shocks are bad quality? If anyone has tips that I should know please let me know it’s my first mustang and I want it to last thank you

Did you pump the shocks in and out several times before installing? If not, pull it out and do so. Might have to stand it up on the ground and use your weight to compress it. This sometimes needs to be done if they have been stored laying down for awhile. The shock resistance should feel pretty much the same in and out.
If it feels easier compressing and does not get better, the shock is probably bad. Same for extension (rebound).

You need to torque down all the suspension bolts/nuts you used with the full weight of the car on its wheels. They may loosen and cause the symptoms you've described if you only tightened them with the suspension in full droop.

Does it count if I lift the rear with a jack?

You can either use ramps or use some jack stands under the axle. You can always lift the rear end with a jack but make sure that is not the only thing supporting the car.

Also check out your bushings on the upper arm and your panhard bar. Failed bushing here can also cause a wobble or unstable feeling.

That upper control arm bushing looks nasty. Polyurethane is not compatible with all greases. Looks like you need a new bushing up there.

The one you're showing is where the arm bolts to the body/bracket, right? There's a sleeve at the differential, but I don't remember a sleeve up at the body/bracket.

Pics needed.
Also, how is your panhardbar and its bushings. Looking for side to side movement of the whole axle, maybe the bar is loose/bent? If its an adjustable one, is it adjusted correctly?
