Question and back on topic...
Will such cams as shown in the video work with FI engines?
If so, how about with an automatic transmission?
Man oh man I do like the way that booger sounds at idle!

It doesn't matter if it is FI and Carb. It also doesn't matter if you have an auto or stick. The cams from BBR are OE cams that are re-tuned to give the performance effects. Most of the time that means it's a direct bolt-in application.
On the other side of the coin, BBR recommends using a 2,700 RPM Stall Converter and you should put 3.73:1 gears in an auto. 4.10:1 are recommended, but might be too low for a daily driver. The car wold be quick as sin in the 1/8 though. You might need to change your valve springs too.
Then there is the tune. Make sure you have someone lined up to tune it once the ork is done. You'll need it.
