RGR prepped heads, titanium valves, springs and retainers, Jesel followers and lash adjusters, custom cam grind should do it....

Yup, a little snow crazy.

Yeah, if I was in the money maybe--aren't the RGR's up there? The Livernois stage IIs, cam and all the associated parts is about $3200--I could save maybe $500 with Fox Lake but they haven't responded. Sutton heads are about $1600 I think and I've started a dialog to get more info. BBR just responded too but I need more info as well.

I so need to drive something soon that is not 4wd. Snow is fun to play in for a day or two but this is getting crazy.

What was this thread about again?

You got that right? If the weather was right I'd be racing this weekend. We got parts to install, suspensions to tune--enough of this winter shit already.

I think we need a mid-Atlantic BBQ dinner sometime soon...

Had a good talk with Fox Lake, you know, just for "informational purposes" not too long ago, did you call them?

I thought Art had the fastest? I think everyone except Bill had cams, right?

Stock heads/stock displacement Art is the quickest I know of at 11.71 which is the number I am looking to beat :)

I would like to meet Matt D sometime so we can have our stock cam showdown before we both tear into our motors.

radmustangs went 11.78 with Livernois heads according to the chart.

I think thats Carlos Sobrinos car from NJ. I called him after he ran that pass and he said the car was 3200 lbs with driver. I know he made his own rad support, his own lightweight brake kit, etc. Interior was pretty much gutted except for a Kirkey seat. Still a damn impressive time!

I think I can match Rons time once I do deletes, rear shocks, and 4:30s. I can't see touching Carlos time without totally gutting the car and I do not want to do that.

I talked to Carlos S about the first record breaker at E-town a couple of times, he keeps saying that was his mechanic, he talks fast. I know Carlos Florenca drove it to the 11.67 at Atco last year during the NMRA race.

Not to bust up the "guy" talk, but are there any woman out there that have any of these "records"? Or have come close?
