Whether or not you can make that kind of power with 39 injectors has to do, to some extent, with the commanded AFR the calibrator has set.

I made 445 rwhp with 32 lb injectors, with a rich safe AFR, but they were static from 6000 rpm on. That number was on a superflow dyno which reads a far bit lower than a dynojet.

It might be possible to make 565 whp with 39s if the dyno was very liberal and the tune a bit leaner. As mentioned, fuel pressure can be given a boost to in effect make the injector act like a larger one. I don't believe it would be accomplished with a low duty cycle though, they are probably pumping for dear life.

39's = 475 max.
theyre at ~90% cycle at that point. maybe with higher fuel pressure they can go into the 500's but why would you ever risk running lean, esp under boost. 60's will keep your cylinders full of fuel all the way into the 800's

good choice.
60lb's are much safer.
you can then slam the pedal and not have to worry about running lean

is anyone running around 550-575 rwhp on 93?

I certainly hope so. I am in the middle of a build right now with that exact goal in mind. However, I also have all the supporting mods to make that goal a reality.

Get the data logs from your tuner and post them up.
you know i probably would but the simple fact that people are going to hate on me anyways. why go out of my way when people are just going to put in negative rep standings on me? i know what i run and with the low duty cycle and slightly rich tune, im safe. i would post my logs and dyno sheets but i doubt it would make a difference cuz people are going to believe what they want. sorry to come off rude, im still a little bitter about the haters.

sounds to me your trying to pull the whole reverse psychology on me. but its cool, i will call in and see if he has it on file. i will have it up in a day or two, if he does. if not i will even schedule a dyno run just for all of you people that seem to be so fond of me. thats right i am going to invest my money into you haters to stfu.

It would be really easy to shut up the haters if you would just post the dyno sheets or even better yet if you have the dyno files the people could see the duty cycle themselves.

I'm making 560 rwhp and 580 rwtq on 91 pump gas. I do use 93 when I can find it though just because its an added bit of protection. I am using 60# injectors with the Dual GT fuel pumps. On the stock fuel system and 39# injectors I made 460 RWHP.

is anyone running around 550-575 rwhp on 93? i am debating on a new shortblock and cam and doing a smaller pully with #39 injectors and gt500 fuel pump and i want to make sure 93 will work.

Anderson Ford in Clinton, IL. (which I believe you are close to), has made upwards of 570wjp with an Si trim blower and 60lb injectors with the GT500 fuel pump on 93.

Incidently, that car was making 22psi of boost. They then strapped on a JT trim and made 628whp also on 93 with 24 psi.

They will be tuning my car which is almost identical to theirs with the JT trim, and I should be near the same 24psi boost level. However, I will NOT be running 93, and will use 100 octane just for piece of mind.

Other than saying 39lb injectors are too small for that goal, I do think that power level is achieveable on pump gas, but it so much depends on the F/I you are running and IAT's etc. Not to mention how confident you are in your tuner.
