Ok, I got my complete nitrous kit with all the goodies and I will be installing it next Monday and going to have it Dyno tuned the following week....I just wanted to get an idea of what to expect from all the mods I already have and then adding the nitrous on top of those. I also am taking the K&N off and putting a JLT on which will I hope give me a few more ponies than what that silly straw that is on there does. I will be starting off with a 125 shot and yes I do have the boost a pump to cover the fuel system. Keep in mind that I am also an Auto as well.

My current mods are as follows: Hot Rod Cams, 3.73 gears, BBK UDPs, o/r x-pipe, Hooker Longtubes, delete plates, 62mm BBK TB, 3.5'' Spydershaft DS, adding the JLT, and 93 Perf. Bama tune

When I had it dyno tuned for the cams it dynoed 319rwhp/310rwtq....Please let me know what your opinions are and what you think?? Advice and comments are welcomed

You can pump all the fuel you want. If you don't have bigger injectors it's pointless. I think your gonna run outta fuel personally. On paper your talkin a 320rw car an adding over 100rw with nitrous. Not sure about you but I don't think the wimpy 24#s are gonna handle it.

So you think that I am gonna need some bigger injectors??? Would 39# injectors be big enough you think or do I need bigger??

All these guys saying you should get bigger injectors forgot to ask one big question... Is it a wet or dry kit???

it is a Next Generation Wet kit..125 shot

If its a wet kit you dont need injectors. Be careful what you read on some of these boards, you could get yourself into trouble! The fuel will be injected with the nitrous with the wet kit. A dry kit relies on injectors to add the fuel. You will be fine with your current injectors.

I would think anywhere from 415 - 440 rwhp range depending on how that kit is jetted.

dont forget to post what you actually make and keep us updated.

i know some of us (me) have been back and forth between nitrous and boost because of the gigantic difference in price.

screw the horse power wait till you see your torque on the 125 shot.your 5r55 might not like it as much as you will unless is built.

Yea I was thinking about the torque and the tranny...I have been looking for a bigger stall anyways for my cams but what do you mean it might not like it that much??

He means the torque that a 125hp shot will produce will most likely toast your tranny. With a 125hp shot you will most likely gain 175+rwtq...

Lmao! Sounds like your the one whos about to get some1 in trouble. Your telling this kids his fuel jet is going to make up for the extra fuel. It has to travel over a foot and you expect it to evenly dispurse into each cylinder?? So what your telling him is he can throw all the HP he wants at his car as long as He has a fuel jet spraying fuel. Your gonna be well into the 400s for HP. Don't risk it over some $100 injectors. You can take advise from anyone you like but I'll be the one laughing when your next thread is a "Blew my motor, what happened)
