dear god !!! Yeh i was watching for a LONG WHILE!! .... But budget it tight right now since ive dropped a little over 4gs on the last month lOL!!! LOL Still need valve covers and headers lol... When do you plan on firing this beast up..??

i bet its the manifold jw could it possibly be the hood struts were installed wrong? just wondering?

I think he said the strut tower brace didnt fit since the manifold was installed....and I have no hood clearences issues with my manifold and I have the strut tower brace on too....so I dont think its the manifold.....

Unless the motor mounts raised the motor...

Just slam the hood down and wherever a dent appears is where its having problems.

I will remove the gas strut and try to shut it

I think the motor mounts raised the motor
STB won't fit this Son'ma bitch

if you look at his engine to yours it looks like the mounts raised the engine. it looks like yours is below the strut towers is looks even or about the strut towers might be the mounts are you issues..

also look at the pass side canton coolant looks a little raised up might also be the problem but im pretty sure its the motor mounts

yeah the motor mounts definitely raised the motor up which is most likey his problem....a cowl hood would have be more suitable for his situation.
