If its gonna cost me as much as the ring and pinion itself then I'll pass on it.

And this is the true nature of going fast with an N/A combination. You cannot be scared of nor back away from the cost of ANY MODIFICATION that will enable you to pick up horsepower or reduce your elapsed time. Anything that will allow you to go quicker has to be considered a mandatory modification.....cost be damned.

Went to Lowes last night and got a few things to rig me up one of them F-body style ram air setups.:chainsaw: I messed around with it last night a little and threw around a few ideas but I'm going to have to switch up a few odds and ends before I start putting this thing together.

Yup, I've started to notice this goes hand in hand. As well as taking out a few LBS here and a few LBS there. It all adds up in the end.

Ok, thats not all that bad...not sure if the benefits outweight the extra money being spent...plus noone is gonna see those nice polished gears hiding in the rear end housing.

we can have them done for $100
you can send old gears or if you purchase new gears same cost.

to run as fast as we have with our NA cars, we have done things like titanium wheel studs, aluminum lug nuts, Light weight gears, found the lightest drive shaft yokes, top secret rear end fluid, oil heaters, cool motors with ice boxes, found the lightest brand front tires, and so on.

Playing with all motor stuff is cool becasue its refining your combo more then trying to make gobs of horse power. A friend of mine just tested like 4-5 diffrent x pipe configurations to pick up a few extra HP.

Thanks for the info Eric, I plan on purchasing a set of Ford Racing 4.30s, not sure how I feel about the motive 4.56s I have now. Once I purchase the gears I'll will be sending them your way to have then done while I'm collecting the new axles, and differential.
