Yeah I imagine so. Looks like most of the larger peices would be interchangeable. I found a couple of awesome candidates on copart. I'm looking into transportation at the moment. All kinds of great goodies and spares...

That's an 08 gt dash frame from the mock up clip. Everything laid right on it. Used a few different holes but they were there. Clip was in a warehouse for a year a little extra rust but pic looks WAY worse than it is. How come rust don't show that bad in pics of cars for sale that you drive hours to see!!!

Cool guess I was half right then...

I really need to find someone that can help me with my PCM issues. It's gonna be my hold up! PATS is my main issue, if anyone thinks they know a tuner with that kinda knowledge/experience please let me know!
I'm not lookin for something for nothing, I have my wallet out for some real help and not be treated like a dreamer or dumb kid.

Czaker,

I must be confused. Don't you have the vehicle harness? If not, have you contacted Ford, there is some rumor about this engine becoming available in the future, so naturally a controller kit will be available.

Moral of the subject...right here on the boards (especially this one right now) is where the real mustang enthusiasts and die hard guys go and everyone pretty much know the comings and goings on these types of things. That's why I invited Czaker over here so he can get some credit for what is a fucking ballsy move, right guys?

thank you Anthony for inviting him....
I'm drooling:clap:

Can't wait to see this one finished!

Keep up with the good work.

Seems like for a tuner, PATS would be the easier thing to deal with.

I have everything from front seat area forward. As far as ford goes, no one at a dealer has a clue. If it can't be answered with a mouse click or two than its an impossibility. NEVER have I left a dealer without being amused or disgusted. And ford racing tech line isn't much better. Treated like your stupid and wasting their time cause they don't know nor do they care. A ford engineer on the other hand would be great. But they are underneath unicorns and leprechauns on my hard to find list.

Sorry guess you struck a nerve. LoL!

I feel your pain. I've run into this mindset before with just a simple Inst. Cluster swap. Hell, I was told that the rims on my Expedition wouldn't fit a F-150. There are very few knowledgeable guys around who surf the forums.

i'd worry about pats later and just get the car in running order.

Without the PATS system disabled you can't start the engine without a matched key. PATS is the only thing keeping me from making my car absolutely keyless. It sucks. I think Chris @ BBR is looking at that for me. Or should be if the email wasn't lost.

You could kust tape a pats key key under ur steering wheel untill you get it figured out we used to have to do that in the early days of aftermarket auto start kits
