I would like to put a pair of Weld Prostar 15x3.5 rims on the front & 15x10 on the rears.
Are there any fitment issues?? Will i need spacers, studs, relocation brackets etc.
I don't care if the wheel sticks out a bit either.
Any input would be welcome.

The fronts can be done... I ran 15x3.5 draglites for a long time. It took 3" studs and 11/16" spacers for mine to fit. But, the rears may be a much bigger problem.

I think he is talking about the new Greg Weld Rims Don, not the original weld or weld xp's. If he is, no the fronts will not fit a GT without major modification to the caliper and spacers. they will fit a v6.

"Pro Star" is a Weld term... I thought the Greg Weld's were called Dragstar.

My friend is running 15x3.5" Prostars in the front along with what I believe to be 11/16" spacers and longer wheel studs.
For the rears He is running the 16" prostars.

Has anyone tried the 15x10 prostars(Weld Racing) on the rear.
I realize the 15x3.5 on the front require a spacer & longer wheel studs.

On Greg Weld i called & talked to Mike today & he assured me i could order the 15x10 Greg Weld rims for the rear without fitment issues & the front skinnies may require a 1/32" off the calipers if any.He said some need a grind & some don't.
I was told to order them through Sumitt.
I am doing my home work on this project,so i am calling on everybody taking names & numbers if issues pop up.

I am defintaley interested in getting the rears to fit. I have the Bogarts on the rears now and I really dont trust them. I am going to go to my friends house when I get my car back and put his on and see what it will take to get them to fit. Ill let you know next week.

Is it on the street or the track that you don't trust the Bogarts?

If you want to sell your rear Bogarts let me know.

Ill let you know. Once I find a way to get the rear welds to work ill put them up for sale.
I dont trust the Bogarts on the street. The rears been holding up fine but the fronts dont hold up at all. Im sending my one front to get fixed and will be selling the set.

I am considering the Greg Weld wheels as they are much cheaper & don't have serious fitment issues.
On the rear i am prepared to remove the swaybar anyway.
The fronts are no problem, spacer & grind a little.

Why are you selling them?? What are you replacing them with??
Did they fit on the stock studs??
Will you include the nuts & washers??

I know this thread is old but, you can get the 15x10 prostars to fit with about $35 and a couple hours of time.
