    4.10 gears

I had 4.10's for a long time on my 07. I enjoyed them and never had any issues. I don't drive it daily anymore so I switched to 4.56's.

Sloppy Steering After Longtubes, Bad Steering Shaft?

I think fdjizm explained it better than I did. It's the clamp bolt where the shaft slides into the teflon sleeve at the end of the universal joint. I can't photoshop an arrow into this picture, but it's the bolt facing towards you right in the middle of the picture.

Sloppy Steering After Longtubes, Bad Steering Shaft?

If it only happened after you reinstalled it, my guess will be something didn't go back together right. Is the bolt at the plastic sleeve tight? Mine seemed sloppy and was loose there. Tightened it and it was fine.

    Exedy hydraulic throw out bearing

Doesn't Dorman make it for Ford? I have an Exedy 500 and I'm pleased with it. I will say that mine grabs quick and required more force to press down on the clutch pedal.

26x10.5-15 ET Street on 15x10 rim?

No worries, I'm running 26x10.0-15 ET Drags right now and would like to switch to ET Streets. I'd like to switch to something a bit smaller since I don't really need that much tire.

26x10.5-15 ET Street on 15x10 rim?

ET Drags or ET streets? Slicks are measure at the tread width and ET streets are measured at the side wall.

26x10.5-15 ET Street on 15x10 rim?

Has anyone run a 26x10.5-15 ET Street on 15x10 rim. I've been told that they will fit, but aren't recommended for a 10" rim. How will this affect the contact patch?

MSD 2 step caused check engine light

Last time I raced I threw a random misfire code. I also have an MSD 2 step, but I can't confirm yet if the 2 step caused the code. Mine didn't pull any timing when the CEL came on and infact ran it's best time. I've been using the 2 step for years without any issues. I'll be swapping plugs soon...

    Koni Yellow settings?

When I spoke to Koni they suggested fronts at full soft and rears at 1/2-1 turn from full soft. I believe there is about 2.5 turns of movement. I have eibach drag springs.

Talk about a deal on craigslist

That's what I thought too. Being a 9 second car makes it stand out more, but without pics under the hood it makes you go hmmm. Odd that he mentions gear ratio and axles, but no info on the turbo or who built the motor.

Lots of parts to install tomorrow.

    Yes you still use it

Lots of parts to install tomorrow.

It is recommended. Check out tousley ford or a site like rockauto. You should be able to get a new slave for $100.

Lots of parts to install tomorrow.

I'd recommend this as well. I'm doing a gear swap soon myself and plan on replacing mine.

Does the mobil 1 come with friction modifier in it? If not then you might want to pick up a bottle of that as well. I'm assuming you have a crush sleeve and shims as well.

Lots of parts to install tomorrow.

Depends on what FRPP diff cover it is. They do make one specific so the panhard bar clears.

    Let's talk cams.

I remember the first time I fired up my car after I had the cams installed. I had a sh*t eatin' grin from ear to ear. My neighbours didn't like it as much as I did though ;)

    Let's talk cams.

I'd be more inclined to do a higher stall converter before cams.

    Let's talk cams.

Are you still running a stock torque converter?

    Let's talk cams.

I have Comp 127020 as well. Lock-outs or limiters are not a big deal to install, but I guess if you're on a tight budget they are added cost. I think both hotrods and the Mutha Thumprs will both offer a great lumpy idle that you'll enjoy. I chose the Mutha Thumprs because I saw threads where...

    Groaning noise advice please

The rear end won't groan at a stand still. If the noise is only when you move the wheel my guess would be the steering pump as well.

Two step like a Boss! Anti-lag

Just to clarify the MSD launch master actually uses a dial on the box not a pill. I currently use the MSD 2 step. I really like the no lift features of the N2MB. Do you guys think it would be worth it to buy a N2MB and sell the MSD? I've tried no lift shifting a few times and didn't fair very...
