'07 Drivers head ground strap location

Looks like my ground strap came off the back of the head. Anyone have a picture of where this connects?

Now does that have to be grounded there for any specific reason?

Not really. Just make sure it's grounded somewhere on the block

Yes, but that is a ground from one point on the head to another?

Once the engine is in the car the other end of that strap attaches to the top of the firewall (just below the windshield wiper plastic cowling).

Battery to engine, battery to frame and frame to engine. Also tie the cab into the frame and engine if the cab is isolated by shock absorption mounts. You can never have too many grounds.

I believe this is why I've been having a lot of starting issues with my car. Time will tell.

There is also a ground bolted to the passenger side motor mount, part of the engine harness.

THAT is the one that is critical!
